Questions people actually ask

How fast is my server ready?
Once payment clears, provisioning starts automatically. Most servers are installed and running within one to three minutes. Large modpacks or big Steam downloads can take longer, and you can watch the progress live in your dashboard.
Can I install my own plugins and mods?
Yes. Every plan has the full file manager and SFTP access, so you can upload plugins, mods, maps and configs exactly as you would on your own machine.
What happens if I do not pay an invoice?
We send reminders before the due date. If an invoice stays unpaid, the server is suspended — your files are kept, and everything comes back as soon as it is settled. Nothing is deleted without plenty of warning.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no minimum term. Cancel from the dashboard and the service simply stops renewing at the end of the period you already paid for.
Do I get full console access?
Yes, on every plan. Live output, command input and start/stop/restart/kill controls, plus real CPU and memory readings sampled from the process itself.
Can I give a friend access without sharing my password?
Invite them as a subuser by email and pick exactly which permissions they get — console only, files, backups, whatever fits. They get their own login.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, and PayPal. Payments are verified on our servers before anything is provisioned; we never trust the browser to confirm a payment.
Do you offer refunds?
Contact support and we will sort it out. Refunds are issued back through the original payment method and appear in your billing history.
